This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to the services provided by Distt Bar Association Charkhi Dadri, located at District Court, Charkhi Dadri, Haryana 127306, Charkhi Dadri, through its official website, mobile applications — BarPortal (for membership payments, ID card, parking sticker, experience letter, and job applications) and BP Kiosk (for welfare ticket printing) — and self-service kiosk machine.

1. Membership Fees

• All payments made towards membership, renewal, ID cards, parking stickers, or any other facilities of Distt Bar Association Charkhi Dadri are non-refundable.
• Once a payment is successfully processed, no request for refund or cancellation shall be entertained.

2. Welfare Ticket Purchases (BP Kiosk)

• Welfare tickets purchased through the BP Kiosk self-service machine are non-refundable once the payment is successfully processed and the receipt is printed.
• In case of a payment failure where the amount is debited but no receipt is generated, members must contact the Association immediately with proof of transaction for resolution.
• If the BP Kiosk printer fails to print a receipt after successful payment, the transaction is recorded in the system and the Association will issue a manual receipt upon verification.

3. Cancellation of Membership

• Membership can be discontinued or suspended only as per the rules and bye-laws of Distt Bar Association Charkhi Dadri.
• Discontinuation of membership does not entitle the member to any refund of fees already paid, including welfare ticket purchases.

4. Duplicate Payments

• In case of a technical issue resulting in a duplicate payment (on website, app, or BP Kiosk machine), members must immediately contact the Association at dbacharkhidadri@gmail.com or 8820080004 with valid proof of transaction.
• Upon verification, the excess payment will be adjusted against future fees or refunded to the same payment method.

5. Payment Disputes

• Any disputes related to payments, including those made through the BP Kiosk machine, must be raised directly with Distt Bar Association Charkhi Dadri at the earliest.
• The Association's decision on such matters shall be final and binding.

6. Technology Partner Disclaimer

• The payment services and the BP Kiosk self-service application are powered by BarPortal India LLP, the official technology partner of Distt Bar Association Charkhi Dadri.
• BarPortal India LLP is not responsible for membership rules, eligibility, or refunds. It only provides the software, BP Kiosk application, and payment processing infrastructure.
